As per the "Quota support over Easter" thread, I have texted, emailed and sent PMs via this forum and the A4U forum, as yet to no avail. (I have also opened an Awin ticket more out of hope than expectation).

If anyone from Awin happens to see this, please can they bump up our quota.

Having raised a high priority ticket yesterday for a quota increase following receipt of the 10% email, I unfortunately ran out of quota today at about 2.30. Very disappointing because of the fact that the bulk of the quota is currently used in indexing by spiders.

PLEASE INCREASE MY QUOTA!

Could I suggest that the warning email be triggered at say "within 20%" - at least this would buy a bit more time for everyone. Alternatively, could the process be amended so that when one runs out of quota then it is automatically reset to the daily amount allocated to the affiliate. If AW then monitored the number of times in any one 24 hour period that an affiliate's quota had been reset then any affiliate who's count reached 2 would clearly be in need of a review!

Any other ideas on how to approach this issue from a different angle would no doubt be appreciated.

At least I will be back up at 5.00pm!
