How to Change Explorer Window Heading

Hi my IE Explorer heading is showing

' ShopWindow Client - Where do you want to shop today? '

This is with the new 'Client Software'

where do i edit this?

But where do i change the #siteTitle#

as this is set to 'Shop Window Client'
