Is there a proper place to post API and/or feed bugs? I'm posting them here for lack of anywhere else but I'm starting to wonder if I should be emailing someone or I've missed an email or something.
For example:
Images from the AW productserve server for Firebox have a jpg extension but are in fact gifs. I can change my code to handle gifs but I'm wondering whether this is viewed as a problem for the merchant to fix or for me to deal with?
Should I be emailing someone about this or is this the correct place to raise such issues? I realise its coming up to the bank holiday weekend but this forum doesn't seem to get as much attention as the Client forum where the main concern seems to be customising individual websites rather than tackling problems with the API/feeds that would benefit everyone.
