Can anyone else log in to their AW account yet? I thought the site was supposed to back up at 9am but I can't even get the site to load - it gets stuck in some kind of DNS lookup loop. Is this just a DNS propagtion issue with my ISP or is everyone else getting this?
Working fine for me Steve. First tried at 11:30 and has been fine since.
Thanks Bud. When I go to www.affiliatewindow.com it just bounces between http://ws23.affiliatewindow.com/ and what I can only presume is my ISP's DNS server. It never actually loads a page, just keeps trying.

The problem you're seeing is due to your ISP incorrectly caching DNS entries. During last night's maintenance we altered the DNS for www.affiliatewindow.com to point at our new servers, for some reason your ISP has ignored the caching rules for the DNS entry and is still reflecting the old DNS address.
As a fix to this transient problem you can add the following entry to your hosts file:
62.216.237.122 www.affiliatewindow.com
If you're using Windows XP then it'll be in c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc or something v.similar
If you're using a different OS then just search for "hosts file" and your OS name, there should be plenty of results.
