Yes i'm concerned at it, it makes it very difficult to concentrate efforts when the merchants your trying to promote keep on vanishing. this reminds me of Affiliate Windows early days, where every day there was new merchants, but almost every day other merchants were leaving too. At the time and after a while of it happening I stopped promoting Affiliate Windows merchants until it stopped happening as it was more hassle than it was worth having to keep on changing banners all over the place.
I have no idea what the reason is myself, but if anything this time round i'd say it might have a small portion to do with the credit crunch as much as anything else though, as i'd say a lot of companies probably can't afford to be sharing their profits with a multitude of affiliates, especially when there's so many affilaites using immorale and contentious means of getting sales.
It want's to quit happening quickly though, cause it's killing sales on my sites, many of the companies that bring me sales are the ones that keep quiting Affiliate Windows.
