I Would like for users to be able to join us and earn money for using our service. this would need admin side and account mode. I hope you can add this feature this would be great for sales.

You could set up your own 'cashback' site and integrate Shop Window into it and then spend the rest of your life dealing with complaints from users whose tracking did not work or working out how users scammed your system!
Just my opinion but anything that involves managing 'users' is just too much hassle.

PcGiant, you are asking for DigiWin to build you an out of the box cashback site. Wont ever happen mate. they're UBER complicated to get right and if everyone had one, no-one would ever make any money.
Cashback sites are a pain in the arse to run. Everyone wants something for free and expects to take everyone's time with silly questions regarding a missing penny.
If you want user accounts in a simple format, try PHPNuke and figure a way of fitting shopwindow into it.
