API Calls

Don't know if this is the place for this...

I seem to be eating API calls at the moment, still on the limited 1000 and waiting although just from today for the review.

It looks like I am using API calls when there is no-one there, I use Sitemeter so when it drops down I check the counter but it looks like no visits.

How does the API call work?

I have increased your quota from the testing environment of 1000 calls to the standard quota of 250,000.
