View Full Version : No products found for my widget
I only discovered widgets yesterday and I played around with them for a short while before I managed to lock myself out of AW and couldn't get back in. I went back to the content widgets today and used the same search words but all it says is that no results can be found. I've asked for help and they said they'd try and reproduce the problem but I haven't heard anything yet. I'm getting a bit frustrated with this and threatening to throw the computer out of the window. I might take up knitting instead. I'd love to know if anyone else has had this problem and how they solved it.

I have now been able to set up some widgets and have found the products for them, however, when I try to use certain templates I can't populate them with the products I want. I don't think this will be a problem, but if this happens to anyone else I would suggest that they try using a different template. Many thanks.
Hi Pat,
Just to clarify, some widgets are limited to only include products from a particular merchant (i.e. MerchantBranded Widgets) this may have been the possible cause for you not finding the products you were looking for...???
In future, try using the standard type widgets and if you're still having problems then please let me know.
