Any body seen this working? I've tried loads of different categories at different levels and only ever get an empty response.

Last I heard (which was a while ago) the refineBy data isn't live yet. I think it was hinted to be in the next release of the API. There's a thread around here somewhere but it wasn't that enlightening.
