Shopwindow Down?

Seems that most Shopwindow sites are down - eek!

WSDL file cannot be loaded from [http://api.productserve.com/v1/ProductServeService?wsdl]



Any ideas?

I see shopwindow.com is back up but my ShopWindow install is still timing out.

SoapError Object ( [sCode] => HTTP [sString] => Possible timeout [sDetails] => getProduct: Nothing was returned, which indicates a possible timeout. Try increasing the variable "$this->response_timeout" within "class.php4Client.php" )

I think things may take a little while to correct and ensure all is well.

I guess all should be fine by the end of the day/evening.

If anyone is using the WSDL caching then do not forget that although the API is now working again then your cache can still contain the version that returned no results UNTIL the cache is refreshed.

This affected several of my sites - the cure is simple, delete the /tmp/ WSDLl cache files - I will be reducing the timespan before refresh given this latest outage.
