getCategory proplem

hi,

can someone tell me how can i retrieve the entire category including the sub-category?

i used the 'getCategoryTree' command but that only returns categories with products, i would like to retrieve the entire category list, please can someone tell me whats the Parameters for that? and how to be used?

Hi boz,

Welcome to the ShopWindow Forum.

Please refer to page 5 of the 'ShopWindow API' PDF document (this can be found in your affiliate account within the ShopWindow section).

You will need to set the boolean options 'bIncludeEmptyCats' and 'bIncludeDescendants' to 'true', in order for all categories to be returned.
