Affiliate Service help

Does anyone here use the Affiliate service for downloading transaction details etc.? I've uploaded the client, my account has been activated and I've replaced the username and password with my own including the affiliate service 48 character password hash but all I get is:

ns1:Client.AUTH
Authentication Failed
http://api.affiliatewindow.com/

Invalid combination of username/password/usertype or account disabled

SoapError Object

[sString] => Authentication Failed
[sDetails] => getMerchant: Invalid combination of username/password/usertype or account disabled

I've used the ShopWindow (ProductServe) service with no problems at all so I wasn't really expecting any problems with this service. I've raised a ticket but I guess support is off for the weekend now. Has anyone else had a problem with this?
