Featured Merchants On Main Page

Ok, i've been tinkering on one of my sites and i've managed to get featured merchant logos displaying in a manner that suits my needs on the main front page of the shopping section using a duplicate featured_merchants.php file and template, what I need though is to display a selection from all categories, not just one category and i've not been able to achieve that so far.

I get that $oFeaturedMerchantsParams->iCategoryId=235; gives me merchants from the category 235, but can anyone help me out here, by giving me a clue what I need to do to get it to actually display merchants from all categories and not just that one category, please?

Only guessing, but doesn't iCategoryId=0 work? - I could be way off though!

It doesn't seem to, i've tried that one.

I've tried virtually every combination I can think of.

I'm certain it is possible to achieve it.

It's so much easier when your calling stuff straight from the database though, way easier to manipulate.

Is that not all categories for your featured merchant logos on your site? Or are you using the API?

Sorry that didin't work - I'm at a loss as to what will do this for you.

I use just the standard featured merchants code for all the ones listed in the 'Store Suggestions' box. The 'Top Name Stores' box is simply hardcoded logos.

This is all done using the Client s'ware.
