Is it really necessary to set that certain folder to 777. I’ve had no end of problems with hackers planting worms in 777 folders. At the moment I’ve got it set to 755 which appears to be OK at the moment but I know from past experience when I changed affected scripts 755 they too worked for a couple of days and then started to flag cannot write to folder errors etc. By I shouldn’t think it should be a problem in this script, should it?
Can anyone confirm that 755 is OK to use?

Hi cheesypeas (great name BTW!) / Bud,
The folder is set to 777 by default as it will work correctly cross platform. If you have changed the folder to 755 and it appears to all work correctly, we have no problems with you doing so. This has not been done before to my knowledge so I would suggest you monitor this, but chances are it will hopefully be okay.
Kind Regards,
Adrian
