Hi Bud,

Thank you for your notifications.

Our Head of Development has been and still is looking into this issue and trying to resolve this.

We sent out a communication to all affiliates yesterday via this forum informing all of some crucial maintenance that we needed to carry out.

This was one area that potentially could have had a positive impact on the issue.

As the errors are still occuring, we are now looking at other potential areas of the architecture and API service to impact on this.

As soon as we have information either myself, Adrian or Paul will update you all.
