Hi All,

Just a quick update on Quota and current status.

On launch of the ShopWindow Toolset, we wanted to ensure that the service we are providing is maintained, and therefore set in place 2 quotas:

Testing and Setup Quota
Live Status Quota

Testing and Setup Quota

Your default testing and setup quota is 10,000 calls per day. This was initially 1,000 calls per day, but from your responses and input yesterday we have increased this.

This quota is for you to test, customise and complete integration of your ShopWindow Tool within your website.

On successful integration of your ShopWindow Tool, please contact the support team who will review your integration and increase your quota to live status.

Live Status Quota

On successful integration and review, your quota will be increased to the live status of 100,000 calls per day. Over the next few days, we will be monitoring this and increasing this, ensuring stability and service for all affiliates.

Where necessary we can adjust the live status quota on an individual basis, so please contact the support team or myself if you would like to discuss your requirements further.
