no products found iListOffSet=10 etc

Hi all

I have installed ShopWindow client and found that the search often returns no products found when moving between pages using the next page .. or page number links i.e. when the offset is used. I have checked other sites (thanks to everyone who posted there shop links in the forums) and they seem to have the same issue. e,g search for wii in all ctaegories and then move around between pages.

Is this a known bug that is on the list to fix?

I do not believe that this is a bug as you have described.

What happens, far too frequently (about 40% of the time!) is that no results are returned i.e. the API requests data but gets no data returned even though data is known to exist.

When you hit a page that looks like there should be results hit the F5 key to refresh a few times and you may well see results magically appear. Please report back!
