Help with Set-up

I have a good .co.uk domain where I would like to set up this.

We have a fairly good page rank already just want to put some more behind the site.
Is there anyone out there with experience in this application that would set it up for us. I would like to know your charge for this and some sample sites that you have set up.
We have a hosting account exisiting on this domain.

Managed to integrate a site just how I wanted.
