http://www.shopwindow.com/product.php?p=483838&c=477 - look at the graphic and it shows a discount - what is being discounted? Click through and you see the product with no reference to discount, SRP, previous price, etc, etc.
As far as I can see displaying this graphic without the appropriate and relevant words breaches just about every advertising standard that you could think of. As we (affiliates) are being fed this garbage and it is us who is displaying what I consider to be illegal advertising then it is us who could face prosecution for misleading adverting.
Digiwin - please investigate this matter with your legal advisors and advise us all ASAP as to an appropriate legal disclaimer for our sites such that we can pass on any possible claims against us to you! You can then pass them on to the relevant merchant, no doubt. Forgive the pun, but our sites appear to be Screwed and you need to Fix it!
