have raised a ticket but I have 0 calls left already and the site is therefore down - come on guys!!!!!

just been told by the ticket system that they don't support this thing and that we need to post here - which I have done - twice now - can someone please let us know the process for getting this solved??????????????

it's been attended to but can someone please post what process we need to follow.

I notice that it's been reset to 10,000 - given that I ran through 1000 calls in 15 mins testing this morning, 10,000 won't last long either.
