Message today when trying to change search results list from 30 to 20 products per page:

soaperror Object ( [sCode] => ns1:Server.DB_1 [sString] => Server error occured! [sDetails] => getCategoryTree: Array )
1

Do these help?

Is this the sort of bugs/messages you want reporting?

Seems to be a regular occurence! You can also get returns of no results but you can get results on refresh. No doubt AW are aware of these issues,

Just for a giggle, try this:

http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=api.productserve.com&btnG=Search&meta=

Nice easy way to find other SW sites, if nothing else! The number of results increases every week!

SoapError Object ( [sCode] => HTTP [sString] => Possible timeout [sDetails] => getSuggestedCategory: Nothing was returned, which indicates a possible timeout. Try increasing the variable "$this->response_timeout" within "class.php4Client.php" )

I didn't notice this myself until you mentioned it because most of my data is cached, but I'm having the same problems you're having with any searches I try and do (these bypass my cache and try and use the API directly)

Seems to be working again now.

Hmmm, I spoke too soon... It's now semi-working. About 30% or queries fail.

I don't have a very impressive site to be honest, because I haven't had a very clear direction on how to customise the site (Please flame me if you think I'm wrong - or what advice you have?), but my site has been down for a little while.

Will this update sort the problems I'm having out? I can only try  .

Brian

Mine's been running pretty well lately and has had no problems all day (as far as I can tell). You've probably checked but can you be sure it's not the hosting?
