I recently noticed that the 'Women's Swimwear' (199) category is not appearing in my category structure. The category spec shows 'Women's Swimwear' as a child of 'Women's Clothing' (141). The other children of 141 appear correctly. I can only get cat199 to return from getCategoryTree if I set bIncludeDescendants to true, however, when bIncludeDescendants is set to true it appears that bIncludeEmptyCats = false has no effect as can be seen by the appearance of 'Finance' as an empty top level category.
