I asusme that the reason I can't get anything to work is likely to be explkained by the big red box on my main AW page saying:

ShopWindow API Status
Inactive

ShopWindow Toolset.

When I do Click here, I get the T&Cs with "Terms & Conditions accepted" underneath the scrolling div, and , er that's it. I'm hoping that:

a) The error Invalid combination of username/password/usertype or account disabled ) is becuase of this, and

b) It's somethinbg that AW can fix fairly easily?

I can't find any messages with the same problem, so thought I'd mention it. Also I raised a ticket on the main AW site.

I have the same thing.
I thought the soap errors may have been caused by the fact that I'm on a Windows server, but maybe the Inactive bit is the problem.

Let me know if you get an answer to this.

The clue is always in the error message!

Im assuming you both have the same errors.
Invalid combination of username/password/usertype or account disabled

the fact that you can't activate your shop window from you AffWin page, suggests to me that there is a problem on aff win at the moment. This isn't suprising as everyone's api's have been bereft of merchant logos for a couple of days now. There is definately something wrong.

All we can do is sit and wait im afraid.

In your twos cases though, I would put in a support ticket on Aff Win to let them know you can't accept the terms to activate your api's. Aff Win have probably the best support of any Aff network in the country, you'll get sorted pretty sharpish.

Good Luck

I raised a ticket, and got a reply back that it should be fixed, but it's still the same for me. Hopefully it'll get resolved soon though.

I got exactly the same thing. The support people at Aff Window said to just go to the forums and they will sort you out! Which is a bit much I thought.

Is this fixed for anyone yet?

Hi Guys,

This is due to your account being inactive for a period longer than 21 days (we have now changed this to 60 days).

Please email me your affiliate IDs so that I can reset your accounts.

Thanks
