I have just completed this site which uses the AW API to power the search and the datafeed downloaded in mySQL to power the actual product and category pages. I am looking for some feedback please, good bad or otherwise. Thanks in advance.

Thanks,
Simon

P.s. If the search doesn't work its because I have run out of quota and have submitted a ticket to get it increased.

I like it, nice clean layout, nice link urls, very little sign of it being AW driven, so won't be hurt by Google for duplicate content so much. Especially liked the way you've done the shopping guides, gives the site a little more to it than it just being yet another compare site. The one down side I noticed, was that it took quite a while for some of the more info pages to load, although none more than about 10 seconds.

I'm still using the ShopWindows scripts at the moment myself, which I know is costing me sales, but I'm defnately planning on going more down the route you've taken, busy building my scripts for the APIs and the mysql side of stuff at the moment.

Hi Amoochi, Thanks for your comments. I have worked hard on trying to make the site as fast as possible and am keen to find out which page/s took so long to load. Could you give me some examples please? I can't seem to replicate any pages taking so long to load.

Must have been a temporary thing, tried the same pages that were slow last time and they loaded really quick this time... So nothing to show ya (good thing really)... :P

The one's which were loading slow before were the links from the featured products, when you clicked on more information or on the actual picture:
