Hi,

I'm running v3 and have the Refine By set to true in the constants file but if I try to refine anything it goes to the correct URL but I get a blank page - completely blank. Any ideas?

http://glamourpuss.discountshopuk.com/productlist.php?rb=4-581

Thanks!

Hi, your site is working with rb=4-581, its only when you add a second refine that it goes wrong. My site does the same, are you using 1and1? If so I don't think there is a cure. To see that its working remove the end of the url (rb=4-581) and then select a brand etc. I think that is is caused by the "|" in the refine code, not sure though. I have tried using two rb= or an "&" but cannot get it to work.

How is every one doing with V3? Any sales? I have just looked at my sites stats and many of the goto calls are failing according to the list of errors.

Cheers, ejmo.

That's very important what you said about the no sales and "go to" situation. I am not seeing any sales in V2 either with an average of 240 uniques a day and 50-100 visitors everyday staying on the site for over an hour. If they are staying on the site this long they are obviously browsing, clicking products ect, my stats in AW show hardly any clicks or impressions and the refine by issue is both v2 and v3 versions, this was reported ages ago, refine by works on certain hosts and not others that it used to work on fine, this is not just a "1on1" hosting issue, my sites are on big reliable hosts, on at least 3 different hosting accounts the refine by's have stopped functioning, yes tested a v3 script on them all! when the refine by functions stopped working ages ago, i had not changed anything at all in the files. Now you report no sales and a failing "go to" also, not very encouraging, we need an answer.

Hi Guys,

Just to let you know we are working on this refine by issue not working for certain PHP installs. I have requested work on this to be prioritised as I understand this has been on going for some time.

Thanks for your patience on this.
