Refinby & Featured Retailers

Hi i appear to have some problems with the shopwindow software since 2 weeks before Christmas, an enormous increase in errors appeared in Google webmaster tools reports resulting me to lose my Google visitors, however i could not pinpoint these errors until a few days ago and it is the refineby links, anyone clicking these refineby links results in only errors, i have uploaded a temporary v2 install here and touched no files and the results are the same. How are your refine bys set up in the v3 software?

We have narrowed this down to be a problem with 1and1 hosting.

We are looking into it.
