looking for a php expert to edit my shopwindow

I am looking for a php expert to edit my shopwindow to make it SEO friendly, probably 1-2 hours job max.

I need to:

- A <title> structure
- A <meta description> structure
- a <h1> structure
- Content in which certain phrases copy h1 in every page
- a <h2> structure

for category, subcategory, product page and search result pages.

Please tell me how I can do that or suggest me someone who can do this for me with 1-2 h work?
