How long does it usually take for approval on v3? ie. to move on from test mode, and allowing more than 500 operations?

The reviews are conducted during the week and then towards the end of the week, typically Friday, the ShopWindow team pass all successful reviews through or give guidance where applicable.
I can increase your quota to 5,000 for the time being but please note that this is by no means a quota large enough to allow a great deal number of visitors to your shop. It should tie you over until the end of the week provided that you have put your shop forward already.

I have already submitted the site, but I really just wanted to make sure it would be approved before buying an upgrade to a Wordpress plugin (which works with v3 but not v2).

I've had the application rejected. I'm guessing because I'm using v2 on the site currently.
Is there any way to find out if an application will be approved if I upgrade?
I'd rather not be in a situation where I pay to upgrade the wp plugin, then find that my application is rejected for some other reason and can't use it.

ShopWindow would not approve a site that they have not physically tested but I guess that what you are saying is that your site will be exactly the same in v3 as it appears in v2?
I will have to speak to the team regarding this but I would hazard a guess that they would like to see the finished article prior to review.

The site would look and function in exactly the same way as it does now.
