Hi All,
The ShopWindow Toolset has been a fantastic addition to Affiliate Windows linking methods.
Due to the dynamic nature of the Toolset, integrating the functionality available has required a high level of effort and commitment. To aid this process, many of you have been very vocal on the shopwindow forum, demonstrating a good understanding of the toolset and its capabilities in order to help other like-minded affiliates.
To build on this and to allow you to have an even greater say, we are going to form a ShopWindow Steering Committee.
The steering committee will compromise of key Digital Window staff who were responsible for the development of the Toolset V1, and yourselves the affiliates; for whom the Toolset was developed.
As a part of this committee, you will have the opportunity to directly shape the next release of the Toolset, sharing and debating requirements and concepts with key developers and like-minded affiliates.
You will also have the opportunity to test v2 before general release.
Requirements
To be considered for a position within the steering committee, you should be able to demonstrate 1 of the following:
- Integrated ShopWindow API or Client Software
- Contributed to the shopwindow forum, providing advice and support
- Posted your shop within the My Shop! (http://www.shopwindowforum.com/showthread.php?t=116) Forum - here (http://www.shopwindowforum.com/showthread.php?t=116)
Registering your Interest
To register your interest, please email me with the following details:
- Name
- ShopWindow Forum name (if different)
- Affiliate ID
- ShopWindow URL
We are going to hold an open lunch for the committee on Monday 25th May 2007. This will be held in London, so if you could confirm your availability to attend this within the email that would be great.
Registration Closing Date
Please register your interest by Monday 7th May 5.00pm. I will be personally responding to each registration received.
