ShopWindow Client Software v3 particular category help

Ok I am using the ShopWindow Client Software v3, I have a website that sells a particular product, I have looked everywhere on this forum and on the ShopWindow Wiki and tried every suggestion but nothing works and nothing changes in my page.

All I want is a particular category to show up on my page and for users to search for a particular item, or just to show products from those merchants that I am signed up for. I have tried changing all the settings in the constants.inc.php file as shown on the Wiki page but my page remains the same, and yes I have cleared the cash before refresh. I know there are a lot of people in this forum have the same problem, someone here must have the solution, please help.

Must be a clever guy in here that can suss this out please.

The ShopWindow Toolset will only display merchants that you are signed up for. On the odd occasion you will find yourself signed up to an "auto-approve" merchant who are automatically part of the ShopWindow Toolset.
You have full control over the merchants that you promote within the affiliate administration area.

In regards to serving from just one category, this can be done by creating a vertical shop by altering one line of code in the constants.inc.php page (http://wiki.affiliatewindow.com/index.php/FAQ_Affiliate_ShopWindowCoding#What_are_Vertical_S hops.3F).

However, limiting to just on single product will have to be done by potentially using a query string for that product. We have had people do this in that past with success for people who were just selling Nintendo Wii Fit products.
