I've recently loaded V3 to a new site and I am in need of an urgent increase in my Quota.
I've contacted AW a week or so ago but have not heard back. Does anyone know how long this takes pls?

If you pass the ticket number that you raised over to me then I will get a member of Technical Services to answer the ticket. I see no relevant ticket in the ShopWindow area.

I've just noticed it's been increased to 2000 .. will they keep their eyes on it and increase accordingly?

I increased it to 2000 whilst I tried to locate your refine by error that you posted in another thread.
The ShopWindow Team will only increased the quota once you are ready to move into probation mode and this can be done in the Affiliate Window administration interface.

Whoa, probation mode?? Sorry, first I've heard of that phrase. I can't see it in the admin section, can you be more specific pls?

Ok, I see it now .. right down at the bottom.
As I understand it, I am on a 3 month probabtion period, within which I am limited to just 2000 calls per day and I am also required to generate at least £75 worth of commission.

You will not be on the probation period until you have requested to go live at which point you will be given 250,000 calls per day. It all depends at what you are are at with your application. I have two questions:
1) Is 250,000 the maximum number of calls that can be allocated to a site using the V3 Community version of ShopWindow or can that be increased at a later date.
2) If 250,000 is the maximum is it OK for me to have half my site on V2 and half on V3 which would give me 500,000 calls.

250,000 calls per day is the maximum allocated to Community editions of the software.
I would recommend not mashing up v2 and v3 because this will lead to inconsistent load times for your users. The v2 bandwidth is being throttled back to maximise the operation of the new platform. The v2 pages on your site will likely function at a lower performance to the v3. As you can appreciate this will lead to users becoming frustrated?
