I've tried searching for help on this but can't see what I'm after.
I've changed the refine bys status to true in the constants.inc.php file but they are still not showing.
The site is Cheap Phones (http://www.cheapphones.org.uk) and as you will see (quota permitting as I'm still at 500), the site is at it's initial setup stage.
