Hi, it would appear that the quota system for API calls is counting returned items, not API calls.
A page I have which makes 7 API calls is responsible for around 200 calls off my quota (funnily enough, the amount of products/merchants/voucher codes/searches that are being displayed on that page).
Is anyone aware of this problem?
Hi currentstyle,
I will make the dev guys aware of this tomorrow morning where they will be able to give a better educated response than I.

Thanks George, I'm fairly certain that it's a simple thing to put right.
Ahh!
So that's the link. I've had this problem since day 1. I started off assuming my code was completely screwed but after trawling through it again and again I just could see the problem.
I raised a ticket and the dev guys said it was a problem affecting only a handful of people using v3 in test mode. Apparently this shouldn't be a problem when you go live.
It would be good to get the official word on this though.
Hello all,
This is with development as we speak.
We should have a response in due time.
Cheers
Hi guys,
There does appear to have been a glitch for installs in test mode.
The dev team assure me that this is fixed
Thanks for noticing this guys.
Cheers

Fantastic, by the way, what's the difference between test mode and live mode?
It just means that you have maximum quota allocated to your account when in live mode. Other than that, there is no difference technically.
