Over Quota Error for Third Day in a Row

Hi

For the third day in a row my ShopWindow client sites are showing over quota and I've had to open a third support ticket just now.

Is there a reason why this keeps happening this week and can anything be done about it? :confused:

Had the same for about a week now.

No idea why this has suddenly started.

Hello Raid,

If you have opened a support ticket then it will be dealt with within the support ticket.

No upgrades will be given due to a forum post because that is not an official vessel of communication.

All quota increases have to go via the correct communication channels.

To be dealt with via the ticket.
