Created the website template yesterday.
Downloaded some products yesterday to mysql using create-a-feed.
But not sure how to 'export' from myphpadmin.

Hello Gary,

OK what you are going to need is an API (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Api) to establish a contact between your database and your template. This will allow the template to dynamically display the data from the feeds.

If all of this is new to you then I would strongly recommend waiting for the ShopWindow developments to finish as ShopWindow will do all of the above for you.
