1'st letter missing from All Product Titles
This was reported last week, but quietly, so no-one knew Id been looking at womens knickers :D
George had to go to the account manager armed with:
You're missing the "R" off rubber and the "L" off leather (carefully chosen examples sent for maximum effect)
still chuckling to myself about that one!!
Unfortunately it doesn't seem to have been sorted yet, and it does appear to affect every product.

I am chasing this again today. There was some confusion where the merchant believed that it was something that we were doing wrong so I had to return with further evidence etc etc which drags things out a little.
Hopefully I will have a response today (the account manager has just walked in the office so I shall pester her about the knickers, actually that might get me sacked :rolleyes: ).

Right OK, it seems that there were line breaks occurring on each row of the datafeed. The merchant has been notified and is working on this now and have said that they hope that this will be complete in time for the next feed refresh which will hopefully be tomorrow.
