Hi,
Our site is working great thanks in part to really cool ShopWindow API integration. However our visitors are now asking for more features and we really think they have some good points.
Top of the suggestion list is a negative refine by option. I'm not sure if this is available (I don't think it is) but it would be great. For example if I wanted to search all merchants EXCEPT mills and boon, when searching for a book.
Another would be to search multiple merchants with an OR statement. So return all results from merchant_1 OR merchant_2 OR merchant_3
I thought I could get around the negative refinebys this way, but apparently not, which is a shame...
This would really help to make our site much more usable and user friendly.
Looking forward to hearing more about the AW panel you mentioned a little while ago, so we can push forward with development of the API.
