Ok... All of my hard work making my templates and someone goes and does this to me:

For christs sake, the findpricelive domain wasn't even registered to that person until 31st October 2008
If your reading this or have read the email sent to you, I suggest you remove every single part of my work from that site immediately, otherwise I will make sure they are removed by all other legal means.
nasty - looks like a rip off to me - could a moderator remove the findpricelive url in the original post so that at least amoochi is not promoting this persons website.
also the commission paid should be repaid to amoochi.....
Heres a thought - do a search on google for f--- e and post a question next to each of his press releases asking how come his site is identical to yours....

Ya know, it might not boil my blood quite so much if it wasn't so blatently obviously stolen from me. I mean i've not even finished doing all the templates so far, yet the exact same template failings and non-formated bits have been stolen as well.

My server has statistic software on it, that tells me lots of info about my sites and what is going on, who visits them and the likes, including what files are called and from where. I'm currently checking out whether anyone else has stolen my templates. I worked too damn hard on them to just let someone nick them from me.
You can also google image search, with unique image names it makes it pretty easy to check if your images are being leeched or used elsewhere.
Sorry to hear this Amoochi. I'm an illustrator amongst other things and I hate seeing my work ripped off and spread across the internet without attribution or payment.
Is this guy leeching your images from your server aswell? If he is then you could block him access to start with.
Another angle would be to do an IP lookup to try to figure out who's hosting this site (if it's a company) and ask them to pull the site due to copyright infringement.
Failing that I'd ask AW to close his account or block his ShopWindow service. It's not like they don't already provide loads of good quality, free and legitimate templates.
Good luck, and give him everything he deserves.

For what it's worth. With the amount of reselling going on you might need to follow the breadcrumb trail of IP addresses to find the actual hosting company.
I sent this last night:

This is a formal demand that the templates that you have stolen for the http://www.findpricelive.com/index.php website from http://www.amoochi.co.uk be removed immediately otherwise legal proceedings will be taken out against you and enforced to the maximum they can be, together with the strongest possible complaints being made to Affiliate Windows, which will result in your removal from their affiliate network.

Sirs,
I am the proprietor of FindPriceLive that you all so swiftly jumped on throughout this post.
I have spoken to affiliatewindow and although I can prove that these templates originated by myself due to the dated template files (over 12 months) and the photoshop files for the images that I created, I have decided to leave the program due to the bullying nature of Mr Martin.
I have received abusive language via emails and when my home was rung by Mr Martin, an affiliate program is not worth this bullying behaviour so I have decided to move to another affiliateprogram and design yet another template.
Affilatewindow have been informed of this and I now expect the matter to be closed. To Mr Martin himself, please do not contact myself or my home again, threatening behaviour is not something anyone should tolerate and to put an end to it I am leaving the program, please take that as an end to the situation.
On a final note, it would of been nice to have stayed within the program as it's a good program and I wish you all well, I would of liked to of possibly collaborated with some of you due to your obvious wealth of knowledge, however that is not to be.
Again, please do not contact me, I think myself leaving the program is voice enough to end this dispute.

So essentially, not only have you stolen my original work, you are also attempting to call me a liar.
Lets see you try and prove this then, because both you and me know full well that you can not provide such a thing. C'mon, lets see these files that your claiming were made 11 months earlier than they actually were, seeing as they were created on 09 October 2008 between 11:29:23 and 16:20:40 and that was just the category images which took 5 hours for me to make.
However, I did and have already provided undeniable proof of ownership of the information which has been stolen. Unless you somehow think you can talk your way out of having my unique affiliate ID scattered several times throughout your pages and that's before I even start on having all the other proof that I need.
And just think... I even provided you with assistance on how to change the amount of hotpicks, not knowing at the time that you were stealing my own templates from me, yet when the template was designed to use 6 hotpicks with my style, you managed to even mess that up. I take it you didn't figure out how to randomise the order in which the hotpicks actually show though... Oh that's right, you wouldn't have managed that seeing as the info for that is stored in a php file, something you couldn't steal.
Final note: You did not recieve abusive emails and bullying behaviour, don't lie. What you recieved was the exact approach that anyone who found out that someone had stolen their work would send to the thief. Also, the threat of legal action is most definately not just a bully tactic.

It is not you who has been threatened, it is myself, in that you have slurred my name with lies, stolen my property and made false accusations. Should this path continue, that too shall play part in any legal action taken. Without predjudice, I ask that you cease immediately.

If this website is your original design then why have you not accused Amoochi of stealing your content? Taking your site offline and leaving Affiliate Window does not exactly back up your claim. If you feel Amoochi is "bullying" you and you also believe wholeheartedly that the disputed design is yours, then why not "bully" back?
As someone who has creative work stolen on a regular basis I am accustomed to spotting holes in stories, and I'm afraid yours, sir, is riddled.

If it was a handbags site then I was going to advise the owner to buy a larger handbag given the size of the one that you cuffed him with!
My templates are safe due to the fact that they are so crap that anyone thinking of copying them would first have to remove their straightjacket to get to their keyboard.
