View Full Version : Soduko anyone
Found some pretty nice looking free templates and incorporated shopwindow to make me a new niche shop.
Dont know much about php or css and managed to get it up and running in a day using frontpage to edit it

Your Sudoku site just looks like your other site, Bright buyer and I really like that template and thanks to you, I found one like it through your link and used it on mine too but ended up changing it a lot.
I think that might need to be the way forwards. Lots of little micro sites covering small area's rather than onew big one trying to cover the entire product range.
Thanks for feed back, i admit ive got lazy and used that temlplate twice now :)
To be honest brightbuyer i have almost given up on, got 8 months left on the domain name and hosting then its bye bye brightbuyer.
I spent ages buidling up backlinks , writing in blogs , doing all the usual seo stuff, got it paged ranked 4 on the 3rd page in googles search results for price comparison even!! only to have my pr chopped to 2, and for it to disapear of the face of any search results!! ...
I think niche is the way to go , but i just hate promoting them building backlinks and trying to kiss googles backside.
I should have put this post in the rant thread :)

forget pr, it means sod all. i have a site with pr1 and no.1 results 1k uniques a day.
Add quality content, and the links come on their own.
i wrote a review (well my writer did) of a popular shop and they liked it so much they added an excerpt and link to their homepage.
I hear what you are saying. I have put brightbuyer on the back burner a bit, need some inspiration as far a sthat little project goes.
Just a note worth mentioning, i get some decent traffic to sudoku store purley as i have keywords in the domain name. What i didnt do prior to setting up the store was check as to whether the soduko related shopwindow results were competitive price wise, unfortunatley there are not! some of the priciest soduko games on the net! Oh well live and learn....
